1. General Provisions
- VV Autokool OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer) is an adult continuing education institution, which organizes adult education in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations on adult education, as well as other relevant laws and regulations.
- The Organizer provides adult continuing education.
- Training usually takes place in the form of e-learning. Classroom sessions are held at Endla 4, Tallinn, as well as in other suitable training venues rented on an hourly basis.
- Courses are held year-round according to the academic calendar. The course volume is calculated in academic hours, where one academic hour equals 45 minutes.
- The Organizer has the right to make changes to the course schedule and location. Participants are informed of changes via email or phone.
- Courses are usually conducted in a group format, including e-learning. In the case of individual training, the course is conducted based on an individual curriculum, tailored to the needs of the learner.
- The training is conducted in Estonian or according to the language specified in the course description at the time of purchase.
- The training takes place on weekdays during the daytime. Depending on client needs, courses may also be offered in the evenings and on weekends.
- The main document of each course is the curriculum, which defines:
- The name of the program;
- The program group;
- The learning outcomes;
- The conditions for starting the course, if they are a prerequisite for achieving the learning outcomes;
- The total volume of training, including the proportion of classroom, practical, and independent work;
- The content of the training;
- A description of the learning environment; a list of study materials, if required for the completion of the program;
- The conditions for course completion and the documents issued;
- A description of the qualifications, educational background, or work experience required for the course instructor.
- The curriculum and any changes to it are approved by the Organizer.
2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
- The Organizer collects the following data about participants: participant's name, participant's email address, participant's phone number, and participant's personal identification code. The personal identification code is used to identify the participant who completed the training on the certificate or diploma issued at the end of the course. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (§ 6).
3. Course Registration and Group Formation
- Course Registration
- To enroll in a course, you must register on the website. During registration, you must provide the participant's name, phone number, email address, and personal identification code. After registration, a confirmation will be sent to the participant's email address.
- The participant has the right to receive additional information from the contact person of the Organizer, whose contact details can be found on the Organizer's website.
- After payment for the course, the group is formed.
- Add the desired course to your shopping cart and pay for it in full or make a down payment. If desired, the course can be purchased on an installment plan.
- Group Formation
- The group is formed based on the order of course registration.
- The Organizer prepares and approves a list of participants for the course.
- If the group is not fully filled, the Organizer has the right to cancel or postpone the course. Registered participants will be informed by phone or email at least two (2) days in advance.
4. Course Start and Participation
- Participants who have been admitted to the group by the Organizer and have paid the course fee can start the course. Training begins after a minimum prepayment of 150 euros or the conclusion of a deferred payment agreement. This amount covers theoretical classes, first aid courses, and part of the administrative costs. The prepayment must be made at least 14 days before the start of the course. In case of registration less than 14 days before the start, payment must be made within 24 hours.
- Payment of the invoice confirms participation in the training.
5. Practical Training
- To begin practical training, at least 60% of the total course fee must be paid. This allows for half of the practical hours to be completed. The remaining amount must be paid to continue the training.
- Practical training is conducted only after payment. Lessons on credit are not conducted.
6. Payment Methods
- You can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Online purchase through our website system.
- Cash payment at the VV Autokool OÜ office.
- Bank transfer to the VV Autokool OÜ account.
- Deferred payment for up to 3 months with no additional fees.
- Deferred payment for up to 48 months with interest charges.
- If you choose a manual payment method, the prepayment must also be made at least 14 days before the start of the course. If deadlines are not met, VV Autokool OÜ reserves the right to postpone registration to the next period or cancel the registration, which will be notified via email or phone.

- Explanation: Indicate the name and surname of the student for whom the payment is made, for example: Nimi Perekonnanimi autokursuse eest. This will simplify the identification of your payment.
7. Course Completion and Expulsion
- The conditions for course completion are defined in the curriculum of each course. A certificate is issued to a participant who has achieved the learning outcomes and passed the assessment (exam/test/interview). A participant who has not taken part in the assessment or has not passed the assessment will receive a certificate of participation. A certificate is also issued if the course does not end with an assessment or if the participant withdraws from the course. The certificate of a participant who withdraws from the course will indicate only the topics in which they participated.
- Certificates and participation certificates are signed by the representative of the educational institution. The names of the instructors are also indicated on the certificates.
- A participant is expelled from the educational institution at their own request, in case of non-payment of the invoice, or violation of the terms of the agreement. A participant is also expelled from the educational institution after the course is completed and a certificate or participation certificate is issued.
8. Withdrawal from the Course and Refund of Tuition Fees
- If a registered participant cannot attend the course, they must notify the contact person of the Organizer by email (info@vautokool.ee).
- If a registered participant notifies about the withdrawal from the course 7 days before the start of the course, 100% of the paid tuition fee will be refunded.
- If a registered participant notifies about the withdrawal from the course 3-6 days before its start, 75% of the paid tuition fee will be refunded, provided that the payment was made in full.
- If a registered participant notifies about the withdrawal from the course less than 48 hours before the start of the course or does not notify at all, the tuition fee is not refundable.
- If the course is canceled due to reasons related to the Organizer, 100% of the tuition fee will be refunded to the registered participant.
- The paid tuition fee can be transferred to another course.
9. Course Interruption
- In case of course interruption, the tuition fee is not refundable. If the course interruption occurred for a valid reason (illness, business trip, etc.), the participant may join the next study group.
10. Rights and Obligations of the Participant
- The participant has the right to:
- Demand quality training;
- Receive information about the organization of the training and the curriculum;
- Demand a refund of the tuition fee for courses canceled due to the fault of the Organizer;
- Receive a document confirming participation in the training (certificate or participation certificate) upon course completion.
- The participant is obliged to:
- Act according to the instructions of the educational institution's staff in emergency situations (fire, flood, explosion threat, etc.);
- Handle the provided study materials and other property of the Organizer with care;
- Behave in accordance with generally accepted moral standards.
11. Dispute Resolution Procedure
- All disputes between the Organizer and the participant shall be resolved through negotiations. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
