Important Information for Driving School Students
Dear driving school students and future students! We would like to draw your attention to an important update regarding the possibility of deducting education expenses from the income tax in the Republic of Estonia.
According to recent changes in tax legislation, expenses for driving courses of motor vehicles categories AM, A, A1, A2, B, and B1 are not subject to deduction from income tax and its return. This means that you will not be able to reduce your tax liability through the cost of education at the driving school.
This decision came into effect as part of the regulation of the Republic of Estonia and is aimed at revising the conditions of tax benefits. We understand that this may affect your education planning and express regret for any inconvenience caused.
